1 Introduction & Consent

• Selfie or live photo (if required)
• Proof of address (utility bill or bank statement)

3 Age Requirement & Eligibility

Basa88 strictly enforces an 18+ policy. No person under the age of 18 is permitted to use this platform. By registering, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age.

In addition, the following individuals are not permitted to open or use an account on Basa88:

• Residents of countries where online betting is prohibited by law
• Basa88 employees and their immediate family members

• Users whose accounts have been previously suspended

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

5 Betting Rules

When betting or gaming on Basa88, please keep the following rules in mind. These apply to all Sports Betting, live betting, and casino games.

General Betting Rules:

• Bets cannot be changed or cancelled once placed (except where the Cash Out feature is available)
• Basa88 reserves the right to void any bet placed at incorrect odds due to a system error
• If odds change before a match starts, the new odds will not apply — the odds at the time of placing the bet will remain in effect
• If an event is cancelled or abandoned, the bet amount will be refunded
• Placing opposing bets on the same event (arbitrage betting) is strictly prohibited

Live Betting:

Odds in Live Betting change in real time. If the odds change after a bet has been accepted, whether that bet stands or is rejected is at the discretion of the Basa88 system. Bets may also be rejected due to network delays during Live Betting.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

Basa88 regularly offers a range of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus comes with its own terms, which must be read before claiming.

Welcome Bonus:

• 100% bonus on your first deposit (up to a specified limit)
• A minimum deposit of ৳500 is required to claim a bonus
• Wagering requirement: 10x the bonus amount
• Bonus validity period: 30 days from the date of issue

General Bonus Terms:

• Each bonus offer can only be used once per person
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly
• Bonuses will be forfeited if wagering requirements are not met
• Basa88 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time
• Any evidence of bonus abuse will result in account termination

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Basa88 platform. Any violation will result in immediate account termination.

• Creating or managing multiple accounts
• Registering using a false or another person's identity
• Using bonuses for arbitrage betting or Martingale strategies
• Hacking, phishing, or any attempted cyber attack
• Placing bets using automated software or bots
• Money laundering or processing of illegal funds
• Unauthorized access to another user's account
• Exploiting system bugs or glitches
• Harassing Basa88 staff or other users

8 Account Closure & Suspension

Basa88 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

• If evidence of a Terms violation is found
• Where fraud or misuse is suspected
• If KYC verification fails or fraudulent documents are submitted
• Extended inactivity (more than 12 months)
• At the user's own request

You may request to close your account at any time through our support team. Any balance remaining at the time of closure will be refunded once verification is complete.

9 Privacy & Data Protection

12 Changes to Terms
